Milk & Honey adds Laura Reijnders-Dorr to Board

Milk & Honey PR is continuing its impressive growth by expanding the board, adding EY’s Laura Reijnders-Dorr as financial controller. Now 24 months old, the business boasts a team of 12 in London and is forecasting fees of one million pounds this year. 

Reijnders-Dorr will be joining managing partner Kirsty Leighton and associate partner Jo Cresswell on the board. Her remit is to work with the client directors to further develop the agency’s expansion in the UK. The agency has delivered 20 percent profitability every year since inception and has comfortably added a new client monthly. 

Joining from EY where she has spent the last ten years in auditing, Reijnders-Dorr who holds a Master’s degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and is a chartered accountant, will be playing a central role in directing the business. 

“I am extremely excited to take over the financial reins at Milk & Honey. Having honed my skills in brilliant organisations such as EY, I am looking forward to supporting the growth of a fresh and ambitious company that is going from strength to strength. People come first at Milk & Honey, and I’m passionate about building and supporting this creative team. Having the opportunity to impact on the direction of a relatively new business is an exciting challenge,” Reijnders-Dorr explains.  

Leighton added, “Our ambition is to continue to build out an agency we can all be proud of. Delivering award winning campaigns for ambitious clients. We have a very special team in place here and as we continue to grow we want to ensure we are adhering to the best possible ethical and business standards. Laura’s addition is going to help elevate further our business practises.”
