International Board Promotions

Kath, Michael, Rachel (1)

Milk & Honey PR, the highest scoring B Corp agency worldwide is extending its boards in both UK and US with two internal promotions. Both already partners and now co-owners in the global agency, Kath Myers and Michael West Jr join the board in January 2023.

Kath Myers is based in London, heading up consumer and strategy and has been with the business for a year. In that time, she has driven an exciting increase in the consumer and brand client roster. With a keen interest in behaviour analytics, Kath will continue to elevate the agency’s ‘nurturing reputations’ offer with purpose led brands internationally.

Michael West Jr is also celebrating his first anniversary with the agency in New York. He specialises in energy and clean tech clients internationally. Already an experienced board advisor, Michael is charged with further accelerating the agency’s US growth working alongside regional CEO Paul Cohen.

As is the case with all team members at all levels, both partners automatically become a co-owner in the global agency after one year of continuous service, via the Employee Ownership Trust.

Global head of Digital, Rachel Proctor is also promoted to partner. Rachel was an early addition to the business having joined in year two, she has been a driving force in the agency’s success. 2023 will see Rachel celebrate her fifth year at Milk & Honey.

Other senior new year promotions include Liza Kinnear in London and Calli Haramaras in New York who move up to Senior Client Manager.

Founder and Group CEO Kirsty Leighton added: “Michael and Kath have both made enormous, positive contributions to our international business in 2022. Not only in adding to our client roster, but also extending our offer. Enriching our strategy and planning smarts and further developing our clean energy credentials. I’m excited to see what this new, more diverse leadership team will deliver as we enter 2023”
